Retro Newbie
Fat Chance Shock-a-Billy frame complete with XTR M900 front mech, seat pin and clamp, all silver and in vgc ,a Fat isn't complete without Ringle!!
The frame was made for me in 96 and was number 30 of i believe 80 made world wide it is a medium with 23 inch top tube,30 inch stand over hight and a(1 1/8") 90mm head tube so is compatable with all new forks, it was the only one made in this custom colour the rear end was done to match judy SL forks.
The frame now has a Risse Genesis air shock as the Fox alps 4R split down the air canister body!
I was also lucky enough to buy all the remaining pivot spares before Fat City folded these include 2 main hard anodised pivots, teflon bushes, thrust caps and seals, rocker v lip seals and all chain stay bushes seals and spacers (see photo).
The Frame is in excellent original condition with minor chips to underside of the down tube and under side of the swinging arm ,im looking for £500 or very near offer,i would like to sell private and will ship if buyer meets costs.

Sounds nice.

I'm sure I've seen another SAB with a Judy colour-matched rear end though...

Has 'Roon got one like that?

I might be wrong, and I'm not questioning what you're saying - more like questioning my memory...

Presuming you mean the yellow Judies...?

No you haven't lost your memory the classic colour from the 1996 brochure was Violet with a yellow back end!
Mine has a saphhire blue front which looks stunning with the black and yellow highlights of the Fat Chance logo
