i sold a phone on ebay posted within the stated time, buyer then said it was incomplete.although they recieved eveything stated in auction. They open dispute, i agree to full refund when phone returned, ebay hold the payment in paypal 3 weeks on no phone returned, funds still held by ebay. Now i have no phone and no funds ebay not intrested in resolving they just keep saying the buyer has been informed to return item.

Not happy at all i should have just sent the phoone to envirophone

just had a similar problem and so has dyna ti.......ebay is ruled by the illiterati it would seem........

As a rule I always try to avoid it... If I'm looking to buy or sell something look for the forums.. You can see quite easily if someone is trustworthy or not.

As for selling phones - try whatmbile.net forum.
