'Extreme' - UK framebuilder?

Keep seeing this frame for sale on FB and Gumtree and i'm intrigued. Clearly a nicely made thing and I like the look of the geometry.

But anyone ever heard of "Extreme" ?

Seller says "reynolds 853 extreme (blackpool)" but nothing comes up on a google search.

Never heard of it but wasn't cheap for whoever bought it first. Kinda quirky geo with such a tall front end and mega slope on the top tube. Am imagining a flat bar city weapon. Maybe a custom build?

The seller is advertising it as "audax/ endurance" geometry. I dont know much that though. Looks like it can take decent size tyres.

I dont really "do" road riding as such and havent clicked with drop bars / brifters in the past (although quite open to trying again). But a flat bar fast commuter build sounds ace.
