Hi All,
Firstly, no apology for shamelessly promoting our finest charity, Marie Curie and my efforts to raise a bit of cash for them via my rapidly ageing legs and lowpin' back.
Some of you have seen just how much I can grimace on the bike, so you'll know that I don't take on this task lightly!

Please donate whatever you can - I'll be suffering 110% on the day as you can see from the after-ride shot below . .
Only kidding - Eric Vanderaerden earned that look with years of hard riding!
This is my moosh at the end of the Etape a couple of years ago . . not much better looking, mind you!!
This year I will be riding in the colours of Renault/ Elf or La Vie Claire, depending on the weather and the TvT will be getting an outing with all it's shiny bits too.
Many thanks for the time to read this - it's a great cause and I know of no finer people than Marie Curie to look after the terminally ill. A unique bunch of people indeed.
Craig
