Eroica Brittania Rules

[only 21
you're out then - born after the 1987 cutoff date. Plus you won't have the de rigeur varicose veins and knobbly knees
Hard to follow that.....

I might have accidentally stated my age in dog years.

Anyway, a gentleman never reveals his true age, unless challenged in a pub. The last time that happened to me was on my 16th birthday.

I assume in that case it was your true age +2 years accompanied by carefully modified birth certificate, landlord...

Re: Eroica v Anjou Velo Vintage

Heard L'Eroica has stringent rules but still great it was in UK.Re pre 1985 MTBs I have a 1982 Stumpjumper so of course they exist!
Anjou Velo Vintage which was last weekend in Saumur France is a fantastic opportunity to ride your treasured steed. No strict rules except ideally no Brifters or clipless pedals to keep the feel real! There's a choice of routes on the Sunday of the weekend so something for everyone. And I picked up what seems to be a virtually NOS Vitus 979 from the cycle jumble which runs all weekend to bring back with the one that I took to ride.Did anyone from the forum buy the purple 992 which was too big for me or the purple 979 which was next to the red one I bought?Apparently all 3 Vitus from the same trade were brought by Brits
Top weekend......
