Ernie Clements 531 Falcon San Remo

Great job so far rescuing those components, it may take a lot of metal polish to get the crank set etc back to a shine buts it very possible, see my thread here https://www.retrobike.co.uk/threads/ernie-clements-build-thread.483117/
Note the very knowledgeable people that chimed in to help me identify exact year and even the type of dropouts!
Yours looks like a san remo edition IMHO and has early riveted head tube badge. Those weinmann brakes will have an accurate date in the back
Look forward to seeing this one come back to life.
Thanks for the comments and the link to your lovely build. Great job! Hopefully mine will turn out somewhere near to that.

Thanks for the insight and bringing my attention to the model! Don't know how I missed this but maybe it was due to my enthusiasm to get it stripped down.

So now I have a San Remo and a little clean of the BB shell reveals a frame number of A24711

Hopefully this is a new one for your database.
Thank you for that. The A prefix is either 1976 or 1972 - there are two theories on this at the moment. Yours does not look like a 1976 so it is more likely to be a 1972. The dates on the back of the brakes should help confirm this (and help us with the Falcon frame numbering logic!)
Look forward to knowing what the brakes say!
