Epoxy bond

Firstly, please forgive me if my replies are delayed today, just preparing to go for a short getaway!

I have a question regarding epoxy bond on my frame.

My bottle bosses are loose... I know, I know... It's an old frame.

Titanium downtube, I'm uncertain what metal the bosses are made of, do we think this will work okay?
