There are loads of really lovely tracks to meander along
This route was from Kirk Michael and along the western coast down towards the Calf Of Man. It's a brilliant ride of just under 50 miles, but there is loads of climbing in it
Infact according to my garmin......... 7300ft of climbing over the whole route
The Isle Of Man is now covered in detail on Google Earth, so it's quite nice to be able to plan routes and find tracks that you never knew existed.
I'd def recommend coming over on the boat as a foot passenger with the bike, although i'd wait for a few weeks until the TT bike races are over, otherwise you'd have to take out a mortgage to pay for the boat trip!!!!
Marvelous, thought i recognised the scenes,i go to the I.O.M every year for the Manx GP and always take my bike with me,be there on those same paths in August
