Do the rear dropouts have any markings on the green meenie? any other markings?

shimano drop-outs, the fronts have worn away but possibly 'spinner'

The rear drop outs look pretty standard, i have seen many campag drop out and the shimano ones look similar.

If the forks are spinner the would be welded at the crown not brazed. any signs of brass in there? If so they may not be build by the builder and it could be back to a Bromwick with replacement forks at the orginals did not have much mud clearnace. or a sherwood and that comes int he road versions with standard welding forks colour matched. Just a thought, not that it is definiative in any way.

thats quite an offset on those forks ,i'd say they were for that frame
based on that alone

great find. the seat post area looks the same. shame we cant see the forks. it could be a winner.

I think what you have there may well be a Bromwich.

Possibly a Cyclone II.

I may well be wrong, but it looks like it to me and has the fairly distinctive looking seat tube/ stays area.
