Ebay: Tioga Revolver crankset and Tioga Disk Drive Pro

$860? NOS were going for only about $400 on US ebay about a year ago.

Prices are really going through the roof.... its crazy.

can't you fix the delamination? if it is the entire sheet peeling off, can't they be rebonded together with some sort of urethane?

I understand that the areas around the kevlar strands will be prone to de-lam because there were never fixed in place, but I'm curious is anyone has tried to urethane the sheets together.

Also - i think you can slow down delamination by storing the disks in a cool location, but obivously impossible to completely stop the ravages of time.

Yes you can. I am about to undergo the process on one of our disks that I have been riding pretty hard. The cover is starting to come away from the kevlar and making a ton of noise (more than normal).

I will document the process in a video and post it here when I am done.

Here's a little tension disk porn in the mean time....
