Ebay help!

I put my On One up on ebay with a BIN of £130 or best offer.

I was away for the weekend, and on checking my auction this morning there was an offer of £100 and an offer of £115 from seperate people, I accetped the offer of £115.

I then recieved a message from the person I sold to saying that since he didnt recieve any contact from me he had since purchased a different frame and wanted to cancel this sale. Baring in mind the offer was less than 24 hours old.

I looked up how to go about not losing out on listing fees and found this page http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/inser ... redit.html on the list of requirements (points 7 & 8 ) it states:

-Both the original listing and the relisting must be in auction-style format.

-Buy It Now and Classified Ad Real Estate listing formats aren't eligible to receive the relisting credit.

It looks like I will be out of pocket for the listing & final valuation fee?

So what do I do?
If the buyer cancels at his end will that give me a credit back?
Do I need to launch a conflict?

I know the buyer is in the wrong, he enteres a binding contract when he made the offer, but it looks like I will lose out through no fault of my own.

Open an "NPB" dispute with them, they will get a strike, won't be able to leave feedback, and you get back your fees I believe (don't mind being corrected though). Don't offer to cancel bid or agree to their cancellation though, cos you will defo lose fees that way.
