I’ve been sent ‘offers’ from sellers after watching their products, but when I click on ‘review offer’ it simply directs me to the original ad at full price, am I missing something?

Offer will have expired (there will be a time on the email) , message the seller and while they cannot normally resend an offer, they can offer to refund you some money once paid.

I've had a few recently, they are usually set to expire in 48 hours so if you didn't act within the time span of the offer, it's gone.

If you are still watching the item and you still want it at the discounted price, contact them and ask them if you can still get it at that price, maybe they can send you the offer again or open up offers if they have them closed so you can make the same offer they gave you.
As an eBay seller, I can be talked into opening up offers & take less than my asking price.
Doesn't hurt to reach out to them.

As above, just message them, say you missed the dead line and ask if they can enable best offers on the listing.

Email if the offer still stands and they can reply to the question with an offer as well

I replied to the offers straight away yesterday, I just checked and both 48hr offers still have over a day left…???

Also most offers are from ebay, not the seller, ebay take the hit, they still pay the seller the full price.
