Seller is reputable- have bought several items from him........

I'm 101% sure that it's an USSR track frame made in Kharkov, Ukraine. Lugs, headset, fork crown, geometry is identical, seatpost diameter 25.0 is typical for XB3 (Kharkov Bicycle Factory - KZ V Z).

And I'm 99% sure that the stock thread is Soviet standard.
