Early disc compatible frames?

Hi,

I've managed to get hold of a pair of Hope Ti-Glide Disc hubs with rotors built into wheels. Now all I need is everything else to go with them!

I'm guessing Hope C2 brakes would be about right to go with them, but no idea what frames and forks were disc compatible when these were available.

Any information about early frames and forks (especially frames) that were disc compatible would be appreciated
