Wanted Downtube shifter boss

Does anyone..... have a pair of downtube shifter bosses?
Anything at all that can be attached to a frame?

I dont think braze on would work with this aluminium. I was hoping for something with a spindle in the middle like pictured. I could thread a piece of metal myself I guess.

Surely epoxy resin would bond it to the frame .
