Diamond back outlook

hi, do you have any at least rough indication about the age?

I've though initially that the Bike could be from 90ties, just crank (because 4arm, that's 2000-ish or younger) and bar etc. got changed later.
I found also a Outlook model in 1993

and 1995 brochures

Just they miss a sloping top tube.

I do think meanwhile yours is a model produced after Diamond Back was sold twice in 1999 and 2001. So a Bike of the first decade of this century rather and other than the brand Diamond Back this has nothing more in common to earlier DB bikes.
To keep on using a quilt stem is just a indication that bill of material was reduced to the max by the producer.

The bike on the picture looks nevertheless cool.

Hello! Thanks so much for the references I am desperate for catalogs!! I can't seem to find a lot about the outlook, unfortunately.

So I've asked around on Reddit and here are some observations I got:
- 2-word "Diamond Back" might indicate it's from 77-93 before they first changed the name
- could be early 90s like you first suggested because (1) threaded headset, (2) sloping top tube, (3) paint job
- Shimano Acera parts introduced in 94 (assuming those are the og parts but i couldnt tell)
- cantilever brakes; V-brakes became the standard late 90s
- 4 bolt cranksets. Late 80s Shimano MTB parts mostly 5 bolt

Btw, added more pictures for reference
