Delta-V/Headshok Fork

I've got a functioning Pepperoni-bladed Delta V fork, only all the lockout assembly is stuffed

So I'm looking for another fork, either a complete one (cosmetics unimportant) or one with a good cartridge and knackered bearings that I can use for parts.
Either way it needs to have all the lockout gubbins in place. Any 50mm cartridge is fine.
