Wanted Decent Steel Frame

Looking for something for 26” wheels in circa 19” size with 1 1/8 headset and suitable for disc brake.

Preferably a decent steel (853, Prestige, True Temper etc) and decent condition as I’d like to get up and running rather than a project.

Anyone got anything that might fit the bill?
