Decal adhesive?

Can anyone recommend a particular adhesive to stick down rogue decals?

A couple of mine are trying to make a bid for freedom you see...

I've got an Easton Elite decal that i took off my frame before stripping it.I want to re-stick it back on the re-sprayed said frame & was wondering what glue to use.

I know i could get Gil to make me a new one but its the type on chrome effect vinyl.

Helicopter tape over the top??

I've carefully removed decals in the past and remounted them on double sided tape. Worked a treat for smaller stickers.

Hope my wife doesn't find out but I use her clear nail varnish for re- sticking decals such as those on wheels. No problems so far with them peeling off after a few months, but don't clean them with cellulose thinners or they will.
