Evening all, this is not my bike but seen it for sale in the US. I have never come across one of these before, has anyone else seen one or know a bit about them?

Many thanks

The made an aluminum version as well and it looks to have an Amp rear end. I would assume the titanium version is very rare.

I am a little concerned as to whether it's a genuine Dean as I can't find any info on it. I say concerned like I was buying it but I'm just investigating currently.

The aluminum model was called the "Bam Bam". There are a few photos of them on the web and looks pretty similar to the one for sale.

Re:

Looks very amp like design wise. Rear end looks amp, but with a standard mount for the shock, a bit like the b5, but different. Front triangle looks like the b5 too, but without the removable seat section.

I seem to recall reading amp did support dean and they are well known for ti of course. I have a litespeed with an amp.rear end so they weren't the only ones doing it.

Re:

So I contacted Dean to see if theres and more info but they lost most of their early data due to an IT issue.

They did confirm though that it is called a Z-Link. Dean made the front and Titus made the rear triangle.

Re:

I'm working with DEAN right now for a resto of the aluminum version. I think mine is a '95 since it has a FOX ALPS 4 installed which apparently came out in '94. The ALPS 5 came out in '96.
Curiously, there is NO sserial number. DEAN said that was not uncommon back then.
