Karma Dawes Galaxy 25 Inch Frame and Damaged Fork

Approximately 1976 frame and damaged fork. 25 Inch Frame in original tatty finish. Chrome is good. Fork steerer has split at top. Headset less bearings, seat post shim (25.4) and cable hangers included. Collection from Glasgow. Please rescue this frame and give it a new lease of life. Needs a new steerer.

I'd love to take this on if you're willing to post (let me know postage costs if so). I have a few bits ready for another build I was about to start before realising that I need a 25' frame rather than the 23.5' that I have.
Could I just check - is the BB English threaded?

It's an English BB. I might post if I can find a suitable box but really prefer collection.
