I happened to be at this auction ( on other business) and bought this bike. Didn’t know anything about it ( not a roadie) apart from it was quality with decent components. £80 plus the commission I couldn’t refuse.

Not sure whether to sell complete or split which I normally don’t do. The frame number is M555 so from his frame register I think means 1975 and the 55th frame he built.

Nice, 2 years earlier than mine, I just looked up and I spoke with Dave about it back in 2017 where I said I'd send him some pictures when it was done.

It is in exactly the same state, still unbuilt, but dustier.
