dating an orange evo o2 ?

Just picked up a nice evo o2 that has had some bits replaced . nice condition overall. Can anyone help with advising on a date ? its in slime green and the frame number is IT80702483
SPEC
19" frame in slime green / blue decals
LX crank
lx front mech
xt rear mech
deore combination brake levers / shifters
avid v brakes
wtb rims with ritchey hubs
27 speed

bars, stem, seatpost and saddle have been changed. I still have the original slime green stem and the orange embroidered saddle (in very good condition, though I wont be using it)

I had an Evo 4 bought new in 2004/5 so guess the Evo 2 would be early 2000's?

Is it an Evo 2 or O2? O2's were late 90's.

I had a purple one which was exactly the same spec. and that was from 1999/2000. Check the catalogues in the archive section.

few pics of the O2. The forks will be getting binned as they are about shot and have been painted. I'll stick some 100mm forks on to try it. I have some mavic wheels to go on instead of the wtb. I have put the original stem back on as the one fitted was too short. The graphics are sort of ok but peppered and blistered in a couple of places but i have a full new set in orange that may go on. I dont have an O2 one though so the blue O2 would have to stay
