Mr Crudley
Old School Hero
Hi All,
I haven't pimped my roadie yet, so here it is for your enjoyment.
I have had this one for few years now and have made a few minor changes along the way. It rides really well and I have no desire for new CF road bike. I'm not sure of the era that it is from but might be late 80s to early 90s as a wild guess. Note to self: Ride this one more than the MTBs and other cyclepath bike.
* Daccordi Columbus SLX
* Campag 10 speed and accessories - mostly Chorus and Record.
* Campag Zondas but also have Ventos that are a fine wheelset despite their lower spec.
* Cinelli Pinocchio stem
* Selle Italia Well saddle.
* SPD's since I only want one type of clip in used i nthe fleet. Bonus points for bike shoes that don't make me to walk like a duck
Here are two shots, including my inaugural Tour de Sydney from Anzac day.
