Hello again, does anyone recognize this lug symbol?

Seller claims that its French but i highly doubt it. To me it should be italian.

Can you tell me names of frames manufacturers with the same symbol?

De Rosa have a heart in their logo and sometimes in the bracket lug.

I just can't imagine de rosa with this painting. I've seen these symbols on Sloughi, Barellia and Billato as well and from what i know this Tensor tubi was used for example by Battaglin but this one is not Battaglin for sure.

That style of lug cut out was very common, might still be. I did 2 or 3 sets complete with plates for shot-in seat stays with similar cut outs for a local tester back in the 80s.
The finishing style of that frame (especially the paint pattern) looks to be either Italian or possibly Swiss to me.
