Is the frame going to be lugged? Steel forks?
Fillet brazed frame, lugged steel fork.

I don't understand. Surely one does not have a choice, one just accepts what Dario gives you??? :D
That would certainly simplify things.

Re:

I would be thinking frame and lug on forks one colour, stem and blades of forks another.

I reckon I've decided on the two colour finish. Which colours is narrowed down to either:
- Merlot as the main colour with bubblegum pink as the secondary; or
- navy and bright orange (neon?)

Both appeal and was favouring the latter but Concrete Ron Vlaar in the photo Mel posted rather scared me. I suspect that I will make a rash, spur of the moment choice and then regret it.

both your choices are appealing. i had an image in my head of matallic blue with fluo orange box lining and graphics[good safety aspect for riding in the dark also]

Are you going to reveal the maker?

Sorry, didn't mean to be enigmatic.

The frame and fork are being built by Jacek Orlowski.

Re:

Very nice.

Just out of interest, did you consider Daniel Merenyi? As for colour, if you like lairy pink and green, Nakagawa team paint is a good one for inspiration.
