Custom built Columbus Frame

Here is a frame I built for my brother in 96/7 he used it to race on for a couple of seasons
Cast lugs made to measure ,angles 73 seat,73.5 head 56 seat tube with a 57 top tube.This frame went together beautifully I always like working with columbus o/s tubing and cast lugs,the short style lugs are one of my favourites
I am going to refurb it for him but the chrome is shot,not sure what colour to do might go two with contrasting seat and head proper retro style.
