Its been a while since I posted on here, I hope everyone has had a good year been keeping well.
I started to collect parts up to build a little steel Cotic hardtail up over the last few months but I have got the bug for older bikes again and my 'want' for a ball burnished mid/late 90s 16 inch GT Zaskar is eating me every day
So, I have decided to put the Cotic up for sale to try and fund this, what I have is:
Cotic BFE frame, bright green, size 16 inch, around 2014 I think, big head tube, 31.9 seat tube, 135mm QR rear end, paintwork is overall pretty nice, few little nicks and scars but nothing that would warrant a re-spray. hope headset for tapered forks included. £220 posted. £200 collected.
Next up is the rockshox forks, now, these are for 27.5 inch front wheel, I was going to use these with 26 inch, I've done this before and its been fine, these have had after market repro decals put on (not by me) and they are marked up as the recon model, I have no idea if they are recon or something else, they have the slightly classier looking champagne coloured legs (not the lower end steel silver ones) the code stamped on the back of the crown is 28T4629107, can anyone shed a bit of light on what this stands for? the forks are very very tidy, have 150mm travel and take a 110mm boost width axle (x15mm) which is included, just not pictured. £160 posted, £145 collected.
Also for sale is the DMR wing bars, these are huge, 800mm wide I think, and the stem is a raceface turbine, 50mm length, the bar and stem clamp on both items is 35mm also. £65 for the bar and stem. £55 collected. *BAR AND STEM NOW SOLD*
I would be great to sell it all together! £400 posted for the lot (frame, fork, headset, bar and stem)
the brakes and other parts pictured are not for sale. I am based in Amesbury, Wilts, if you want the items posting then please allow a couple of days for me to source a suitable sized box, I don't store these sort of things!
