Check if the parts are the same, then you could just buy any wheel skewer and simply change the titanium axle on it to make it a seat binder. PM me if you need titanium axles.

A similar thought had crossed my mind. I have the F & R in silver already, and they are mint. There's a blue pair on here for sale ATM, but a bit scuffed up, and a couple of others on eBay, but not in the best shape either... and all the wrong colour. Then there is this one too: Cook Bros Seat Collar Seller is a member on here.
