Consumer Rights?

I ordered on the 18/02/10 an OS USE carbon bar. It still has not arrived. Am i right to ask for a refund?

I think it's actually illegal to take yer money until the goods are in stock and allocated to yer order.

Well i paid £41. But when i went to collect/refund the real price was £70 :shock:
To which i say i was told £41. So i don't want item. Well their was a long cue forming behind me. So the sales man say. have the item for the price i paid.
On top of that i didn't pay for it. It was paid using an Evens voucher given to my work when i left the dept as a leaving gift.

So turns out nicely

I knew their was error made when i first paid. CRC sell the same item for £65. And no way are Evens going to beat that.

I would have held out for refund of £70............
