confusion in glasgow

hey,

looking for some advice here, I've seen this on gum-tree and might buy it as a beater,
but its in such good nick and i'm confused, is it a new bike?
it's not P-7 or anything mint but full ridged so i assume its vintage, not clockwork either, any ideas?

It's a 1999 Clockwork 10th anniversary model...

As for pricing it's a reasonable price for a bike in such good condition.

It's a very practical retrobike, has early 90's looks combined with a nice modern twist. If you are nearby it's certainly worth a look!
