it's a vitus 979. compare the area where the stays fit into the seat lug on your photo to the "concorde"'s and you'll see that this is indeed a vitus 979. the forks are classic vitus too.

Yes, agreed the frame advertised for sale is a Vitus and the concorde bikes used in the mountain stages of the tour in '89 were TVT frames with the seat cluster as per Finney 1973's post.
