Colnago Precisa or Carbon 1 inch fork for 55cm Master

I am looking to upgrade my 55cm Master X-lite to an aheadset and carbon fork

55cm frame, 13cm headtube.

I can either replace the rusted chrome fork or upgrade to a carbon fork, but neither seem readily available.
