Colnago Master Olympic Decor

I recently bought a Colnago Master Olympic Decor Tange tubing frame. I was told it was 1992 but have since read that Olympics were only made in 93, and Tange frames only made in 94, so wondered if anyone could clear up the confusion.
Also, does anyone know if the seatpost is 27 or 27.2mm?

The Olympics were available for two or three years and are the same as the "Master" the Olympic name was dropped because the International Olympic Committee has the rights to the name and would have taken Colnago to court if they had continued using it. The Tange name was added to help sale of the Master in Japan and the tubing was never made by them but continued to be made by Columbus. Tange name used for 1993/4 I believe.
