Colnago C40 B-Stay Mapei Team

Hi Guys,

I have just acquired a colnago C40 B-stay frameset (mapei team) and I am looking to build it as close as possible to its original. So my question is, what would a Colnago C40 B-Stay Team Mapei should be built with? I know that the B-stay was between years 2001 and 2004ish and that the 1st gen c40 was built with dura ace 7700, but what about the B-Stay?

Hi Mike, thanks for confirming! I will need to find a groupset then....They seem pretty cheap overall but hard to find good condition ones. I haven't got the frameset yet (in the post at the moment) but will send once received! thanks

Prepare yourself as nice 7700 isn't cheap and is becoming more expensive :shock:

Edit: but compared with minty C Record it is cheap - just so we are clear :facepalm:
