They were notoriously soft metal and those that haven't cracked at the pedal eye are usually so loose that they just fall off the tapers when used.
However, a nice condition set like that might go for that price with a following wind.

The sellers usually confuse the price with the far better, earlier and more influential M900 cranksets, that go for £250-300 for a mint set.
