As you may have seen from my previous thread in the readers bikes section, I've just tidied up my original Sintesi Bromont.
This got me to thinking about my very first 'proper' mountain bike.
It was a Claud Bulter- I think it was called a Claud butler competition- this will be early nineties probably. Was bare ally with gold stickers on it-no suspension, think
it was acrea-x group. from memory it had an oversize down tube- but nowadays probable standard size.
Can anybody help shed any light on the model(s)?
I am looking to buy one anyway if I can find one- even frame only.
