Wanted Cinelli stem bar clamp bolt

Hi all , wondered if anyone has a spare tightening bolt like this please ? This one seized up so I had to cut it to remove . I thought a seat bin bolt might work but the diameter is smaller .

I have this stem which is missing the expander and long bolt so would be willing to donate it’s bar clamp bolt. But on closer inspection the bolt is tabbed (and a bit rusty). It looks like you need a bolt with knurls and no tab? However, it’s an 80mm stem in ok condition otherwise so if that’s of any use you’d be welcome to the whole stem (minus the expander and long bolt).

OP's stem is a 1E. Very similar to the 1A but the clamp bolt socket faces forwards. The splined part of the bolt assembly is supposed to fit at the rear of the clamp and retain a bracket for a forward facing reflector or a front light. If the bracket is discarded there's a tendency for the bolt to either bottom out and seize (like here) or crack the bottom of the clamp web.

Hi & thanks for this offer , I’m sure I can work out something with both stems as I do have a couple of long bolts and expanders , May even be able to insert a notch to fit your bolt ?
