or safer driving by motorists nearby, he decides to mark the pupils out and make them punishable by an identification plate? :roll:
How about any pupils wishing to cycle to school must complete a cycling proficiency course first??

One of these next to the school bike shed's wouldn't look
too out of place , maybe bit longer say 20 Feet with options to add
extra whipping posts depending on area of School..
