I got a 30 quid one during lockdown and other than maybe needing some extra shims for different cups its mega!!!! Much better than a rubber mallet and block of wood......
 
I would go with the handled one, makes life a bit easier.
 
I spent a fair few quid on a decent one years ago, has a thrust bearing which basically means it spins rather than crushes against the cup presses. A great investment as I've learned it's always best to use the right tool for the job.

My only problem now is standards have changed and I need a bigger cup press to use on the modern, larger headsets. I've got by using a steel plate but might buy the blue handles version you've flagged, just for the cups.

Can also use them to press in BB bearings, and if you are creative, hub bearings too.
 
The press in the second link for £14.99 is what I have used a fair few times with no problems.

Presses in perfectly.
 
Yeh I just bought one of those £14 ones with a handle. Looks fine, I've been doing it with my own homebrew one for years (2 pieces of wood and nuts / Washers on some threaded bar) but it's not as accurate as I'd like, I often end up tapping the cup home with mallet action. But no more!
