not sure about the precise rake. usually these forks shall have 42-45mm or so. he'd be ok to end up with 100€ for forks and headset. i'll text him for weight.
IMO they suit the skinny steel frame pretty well, they have 45mm of rake and clearance for a 28, plus they are a great price. Personally I wouldn't buy a second hand carbon fork, I like my face as it is.

I found a couple of similar new forks online but I thought I'd ask here first. I would actually trust secondhand carbon forks in good condition from a reputable brand and seller.
I hear you, before this my friend was a big fan of this lightweight Mizuno 1" carbon fork on his Ibis:
Yeah, he had an accident, but I've never seen a steel/alu fork do this, and the incident was made far worse when the bike fell in two. I am aware that this is not evidence per se, but I have seen too many carbon forks and frames with cracks/fissures in hidden places that people haven't noticed to risk buying them second hand.
