Cannondale P-bone fork with front rack question.

Hello! I wanted to ask for your opinions on this. I have a Cannondale P-bone aluminum fork on which I wanted to install some mid-rake clamps to accomodate for a front rack. The fork apparently is notoriously sturdy but still, it is aluminum. I am worried it may weaken the material where the clamps and load would be transfered. Any thoughts? Thanks!
