Cannondale Headshok headset cup

I need one Headshok cup, doesn't matter if it's a top or bottom, they're the same. Don't need bearings just the cup.
I'm going to be building 2 Cannondales but I've discovered I only have 1 and a half Headshok headsets.

Hoping one of you guys has replaced their Headshok with a normal fork and has one of these going spare.
Obviously if someone has a complete headset I'll just have to buy it if they don't want to split.
