Cannondale Headshok Fatty Damper Knob

Hello all,

I'm looking for a replacement top damper knob for a Cannondale Headshok Fatty...this is the flatter knob/dial with the set screw that comes in from the size. I'm NOT looking for the one that goes on top of the 6-sided clamp nut as you can easily find on eBay.
