Can you identify this frame - rear wishbone content

Hello, I have another bike in my collection that has foxed me and my son.... Admitidly I won it on ebay through a very poor listing, We thought it was an orange but now I have it I dont think it is as it has no seat tube collar at the top of frame for starters.

Its very light and has Ritchey droputs, 1" steerer , the unique parts to the frame I would say is the rear wishbone, very wide and round with an ovalised bridge to seat tube, Gusset weld on down tube where heatube meets and the side mounted cable guides.

We have trwaled the pics and bikes here to not see anything similar.

I thought that to be a possibility too, but they usually have Saracen in the rear dropouts Im still on it and want to find out what its is for him, it is very light , lighter than his 88 Stumpy ............

ignoring the size - the rear wishbone is much thinner and there is a similar gusset, 1" headset and bloody light too.

Rock lobster is looking quite near , the seat clamp is higher and has a braze on bolt through on my dads :?
