Can someone ID this Campagnolo Record headset ?

I know nothing about campag.

I have this headset which is 1 1/8 and ahead.

It came on a period correct and built mtb from mid 90s.

From my research it’s a HS03.

But is it a OR - Off Road ? Ie a mountain bike headset.

This below link seems to suggest that 1 1/8 were only OR. Can anyone shed any light.

I’ve no idea of the differences. Maybe better sealing …. As They made a OR version which I was trying to establish if this was or not.

There was no unthreaded Campagnolo OR headset, it does look very similar to the last gen Record OR headset with the bands on though.

Yes it’s definitely Record. As it says that on it. It’s whether it’s OR version

I have. But that still doesn’t give me a postive ID as a record OR.

You won't get a positive ID on a Record OR, because there is no Record OR unthreaded headset. There is a threaded Record OR headset, this though is a mid 90s Record ROAD headset.
