Can anyone read Japanese?

Bit of a long shot, but I thought I would post here as it is cycling related.
Can anyone read Japanese Kanji?
I have this small medallion from an early 1900s Japanese cycle dealer & was hoping to find out what it says on it? I beleive the three kanji on the top right read "dealer" but that's all I know.
Tried the online translators but not much joy. Any help appreciated
Cheers, Roy

I’m sure I can find out on Monday as I work for a Japanese company with plenty of inturns from our head office

However given the global diversity of this site I’m sure someone on here will answer you before then

I bet if you ask nicely here and explain they will help. Lovely people when I’ve had to contact them. Seriously.
