Maybe someone has already pointed this out, if so I am sorry for repeating it.

Advertised as "Campagnolo Record OR MTB group from the early 90`s in very good vintage condition!"

The chainset is not Record OR but is Icarus as is the rear mech. The hubs and skewers don't look like record either.

Still nice though 8)

Might be a little bit over priced but for all that its very tempting...

The problem with those Record OR and Icarus chainsets is that the middle and inner rings are specific to those sets and no longer made. Anyone buying this set on ebay could also get a bargain middle ring for under £250, including postage.

IIRC Campag cassette sprockets fit, if you can find any -and are happy with the ratios...

You're right though, it's why the chainset was the only part in the groupset I never bought, lovely though it is.

Inner rings aren't a problem as low 20T+ cassette rings will fit (lower?), which are common from road cassettes.

The middle rings can also be replaced with 30T+ cassette rings (maybe lower).
Not very common, but they can be found occasionally.

Last week I picked up this unused cassette off Ebay for just under £27 posted.

The two largest rings are 28T and 32T.
Due to the diversity of Campag separate ring cassettes, I can keep the 32T as a spare chainring, make the largest cassette ring 28T and fill in the gap with an easily found cheap smaller road cassette ring.

28T is a plenty low enough cassette with these compact chainsets.
