Calling De Rosa experts - is this a good buy for £800? :-)

Howdy chaps. The opportunity has arisen to purchase a rather lovely looking (to me!) 14 year old De Rosa Nuovo Classico road bike. It appears to be in fairly mint condition, and has a very nice dark blue to light blue fade paint scheme (I think it might be a team colour, Batik something or other perhaps?). I don't know a huge amount about retro roadie stuff, so just wondering if the asking price of £800 is reasonable?

That's a beautiful bike and it looks in good condition in the photos.
Is the groupset Chorus or Record?

I've no idea if £800 is a good price but it doesn't sound too far off.

The bike is built up with a 9-speed Chorus groupset and Mavic Open 4 SUP rims with Vittoria rubber... It's the Team Batik/Del Monte colour schem with chrome chainstays and chrome headlugs...

No De Rosa experts want to venture an opinion?
