Cable/hose clips?

So my new frame has these on underneath the top tube to run the gear cable and hose with. Is there a clip I can get that will hold both a hose and a cable to this or is the only way by using a cable tie?

Got loads of them, the ones I want need to hold two cables or hoses at once.

I've always used small cable ties. Look just as good imo, and more secure, I've had those clips fall off, even the nice coloured ones I paid extra for :x

Arrived this morning and are way too big as in the lugs that clip into the frame are way too wide. Oh well back to the zip ties it is.
